- We do not sell individual party items.
- Orders have to be placed with 100% advance payment. Kindly note the payment is non-refundable since the order given is completely customized and specially made to order.
- Order placed, will take 10 to 12 business days for execution and delivery. The orders will be processed only after the receipt of the payment.
- All décor elements will be packed appropriately and with due care, but if there is any damage during the shipping process; we will not be responsible for the same.
- Once we start processing your order, any changes with regards to the design or with the elements provided in the box will be charged extra depending upon the stage of production.
- Strictly no cancellation or return once the order is processed and out for delivery.
- Additional charges will be incurred for further customization requests and the same will be informed before processing the order.
- Foil balloons will be metallic in color (gold/ silver/ rose gold) and will be subject to availability.
- Gently handle the elements in the box.
